About

Advantere School of Management is a boutique international School of Management in Madrid, founded by Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid) and the University of Deusto, with Georgetown University (Washington D.C.) as Strategic Academic Partner.

Advantere combines the academic strength of these institutions with a highly practical and personalized approach to management education, connecting academic learning with the realities of business and the skills organizations increasingly demand.

With small cohorts and personalized attention, students have close access to faculty, individualized academic and career guidance, and a strong international community representing more than 35 nationalities. Every student also benefits from one-to-one mentoring with a senior business professional, including C-suite-level mentors, providing an experienced external perspective on career development and professional decisions.

Advantere offers five specialized, full-time master’s programs, taught 100% in English:

At the core of the Advantere learning experience is Project-Based Learning. Students work on multiple real consulting projects with companies and organizations, applying what they learn to real business challenges and developing actionable recommendations. Advantere has collaborated with organizations such as BMW, Zara, LVMH, L’Oréal, Invesco, and N26, giving students repeated exposure to real business decisions and professional expectations.

Technology, data, and AI are integrated throughout the learning experience, helping students understand how emerging technologies are transforming business functions and decision-making.

A defining part of the Advantere experience is its international dimension. Students study entirely in English in Madrid and take part in a customized academic residency at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., combining academic learning with exposure to an international business and institutional environment.

Advantere also places a strong emphasis on career development and employability. Students receive one-to-one career guidance, mentoring, recruitment preparation, and access to professional opportunities through Advantere’s network of companies and organizations. 95% of students receive a job offer within three months of completing their master’s program.
