Our MSc Marketing & Consumer Behaviour combines contemporary marketing theory with insights from behavioural science, data analytics and emerging technologies. Designed for those who want to understand not only what consumers choose, but the motivations behind their decisions, this course equips you with the skills to create meaningful customer experiences in an increasingly competitive and data-rich marketplace.

Throughout the course, you'll explore the psychological, social and cultural factors that influence consumer behaviour while developing a strong understanding of modern marketing practice. You'll learn how to generate actionable customer insights, evaluate consumer trends and design marketing strategies that foster engagement, loyalty and business growth.

Using advanced research techniques and analytical tools, you'll gain hands-on experience in areas such as consumer research, behavioural analysis, experimentation and customer journey optimisation. From interpreting complex datasets to applying behavioural principles in real-world contexts, you'll develop the confidence to make informed marketing decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.

We recognise that successful marketers must balance analytical rigour with creativity and adaptability. That's why the course encourages you to think critically about changing consumer expectations, technological developments and ethical considerations, preparing you to respond effectively to evolving market dynamics.
